Canadian Singer-rapper Roderick Porter drops the Mark Martin-directed visuals for “Bittersweet” featuring emerging Toronto RnB Singer Jay Isaiah.

Growing up in Moncton, New Brunswick, Roderick Porter set up a humble home studio in the back of his family’s basement. Nestled beside a water heater, with store blankets for soundproofing, he taught himself how to write, produce and record. In 18 months, Roderick’s hard work paid off: he generated 6.4+ million streams on AppleMusic, 40+ million on Spotify, 38.6k followers, 12.6m+ views on YouTube, 76.9k+ followers and nearly 4 million streams on Soundcloud and 15.5k followers. One tweet from Noah Cyrus, showcasing Roderick’s single “I Didn’t Realize How Empty My Bed Was Until You Left” to her 4.5 million followers, was enough to convince Roderick to put the university on hold and pursue a career in music. He moved to Ontario, ready to take on the world..to be continued!
