Drake X 21 Savage – Spin Bout U

Drake and 21 Savage premieres the Dave Myers-directed official music video “Spin Bout U” off their joint “Her Loss” album.

The opening shot captures seascapes, with Drake and 21Savage chilling on the deck of a luxurious Super Yacht in a world of serene beauty. After rescuing a would-be drowning woman, it soon turns to piracy, armed robbery at sea by her, and boat-borne, often-overlooked women pirates in search of fortune, freedom, and sometimes revenge. 

Spoiler Alert: In the Devil’s Own, Brad Pitt’s character Rory Devaney says, Don’t look for a happy ending. It’s not an American story. It’s an Irish one.

“Jealous-ass hoes, yeah/And I know what I said ’bout bein’ in Vogue,” raps Drake on the floor in one scene. “But just like that R&B group from the ’90s/Girl, one call, I’ll get you in Vogue/One call, you in runway shows/One call, I’m sittin’ front row.”
