BOUND2HIPHOP COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

BOUND2HIPHOP respects the intellectual property rights of others. Upon proper notification, as explained below, BOUND2HIPHOP will remove any User-Submitted Content that is alleged to violate the copyright of any third party. BOUND2HIPHOP may, in its sole discretion, suspend access to the Site (or any portion thereof) to any user who uses the Site, application or service to violate the intellectual property rights of another. BOUND2HIPHOP may, in its sole discretion, terminate the account of any repeat infringer.

DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT

You may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing BOUND2HIP and our Designated Agent (as set forth below) with the following information in writing (see Title 17 U.S.C. 512 and for further information about the DMAC information click here and the Electronic Frontier Foundation here.

NOTIFICATION AND REMOVAL PROCESS

Notification Procedures: If you believe your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedural requirements of the copyright laws of the United States as set forth under Title 17 of the U.S. Code, 512 and send BOUND2HIPHOP designated copyright agent all of the following.

(i) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;

(ii) Identification of the claimed infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit BOUND2HIPHOP to locate such material on the Site;

(iii) Information reasonably sufficient to permit BOUND2HIPHOP to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an e-mail address;

(iv) A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

(v) A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf;

(vi) And your physical or electronic signature ((i) – (vi) collectively, an “Infringement Notice Claim”).
